Before the flag you can use a Propeller Block to fly up to the final coin. Climb the beanstalk to the lofty secret area. Just swim between the middle to bricks and you'll hit it. The invisible block is easy to swim up to when the tide is high. Between the middle two blocks is an invisible block with a beanstalk in it. A pool of water with 4 ? Blocks floating in it contains a secret. This incredibly well-hidden coin can be found just after the area with the Propeller Block. You'll have to run down the steps to the right of it to get it, then jump clear before the water raises (and the fish returns). The second coin you come to is also best to grab at low tide.

Go for this one when the tide is low and wall jump back out. The first coin of the level is in an area that puts you at direct risk from the leaping fish below. Another pipe will take him to several hills and the red-flag exit, which will take Mario to World 7-A.You may want to play it safe and knock out the fish with a fireball before attempting this coin. To get to the red-flag exit, Mario must blow up several blocks with Bob-ombs (or use a Mega Mushroom) to enter another hidden pipe that leads to a hidden underground area.

There is a Banzai Bill Cannon launching Banzai Bills at the very end, right before the pole. It requires Mario to get the Mega Mushroom from a ? Block in the hidden area. In the hidden area, there are several Mini Goombas, as well as the second Star Coin, blocked behind a pipe. Unlike most World 7 levels, this level takes place on an overworld, grassland area and not in the sky. This level is filled with Bullet Bills and Bob-ombs.
